Your use of the Company, Site or Services will be subject to these terms and by using the Company, Site or Services you agree to be bound by them.

Deposits taken are not refundable if the contract / work/s or scheduled works are cancelled within 72 hours of commencement date.

Our client/s are responsible for all costs incurred if a contract/work/s or scheduled works are cancelled within 72 hours of commencement date.

All content included in or on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Proactive Midlands on behalf of Bespoke Luxury UK Ltd and protected by copyright laws in England and Wales.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Bespoke Luxury UK Ltd.

If clients wish to use any images, text, logos, etc from this website or any other marketing material for their own marketing purposes then permission must be granted from Proactive Midlands in writing or email.

Images, photograph's or any other information taken or sourced of our clients property for our own use, such as marketing, advertising, website, etc will be excepted on signing the agreement or in a returned email conformation with the said company and cannot be used by third parties for marketing, advertising, websites, etc without specific permission in writing from Proactive Midlands. 

This Legal Notice shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.

Any dispute arising under this Legal Notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales
